Vacation return...

A happy welcome home.

My favorite part of my Yogaville visit was the food. Recipe for Lentil Nut Loaf is high on the list. And, I could eat all of the meals from my favorite eating utensils: a wide, shallow bowl and a soup spoon.

Best way to train for a neighborhood 5K is to run in the neighborhood. Today's evening run: 2 strong hilly Belmont miles. 70 degrees and cloudy. Not bad for taking a few weeks off.

Thinking about ways to sort out the unexpected semester scheduling. The possibilities are wide open, but there definitely needs to be something.
