In fact, this is the first rainy day in a long time and lots of people are glad to see it here in Charlottesville.
Challenge with course registration is solved, or at least on its way to being solved. Another reminder that you have to at least show up.
At Tolle's suggestion, I'm focusing on being present.
The first attempt at the Yogaville Lentil Nut Loaf is in the oven! Thanks to the running buddy for all of the bags of frozen nuts that she left that supported the recipe. If it turns out well, I'll post pictures and the recipe.
